During the Process to find a tenant

 

• Your property will be advertised on the internet within 24 hours of taking the photos

• I will endeavour to place a minimum of 4 photos on the internet, more if possible

• Your property will be accurately described and advertised as discussed with you

• Minimum of 1 open for inspection per week and unlimited private viewings including SAT, SUN & after hours as needed; subject to current occupant allowing access

• My personal attendance at open for inspections; I do not hand out keys to prospective tenants

• Regular contact with yourself with updates on enquires and viewings

• All applications checked within 24 hours provided references can be contacted

• Communicating to you regarding the applications and final approval

 

Ongoing

 

• Zero tolerance to rental arrears

• All money received will be banked into your nominated bank account on or before 2nd business day of each month

• Attend to urgent repairs within 4 hours

• Routine inspections conducted regularly with the typed report forwarded within 2 business days
